The US stock market is showing little faith in Donald Trump's economic policies.
US stocks were down Thursday but European and Asian markets rallied.
The US president announced on Wednesday he was pausing all tariffs for 90 days except for those levied on China, which remain at 145%.
But what drove that decision? Was it a Trump negotiating tactic? Or was it to do with the bond market and a rise in government borrowing costs?
